Remember those mason jars we used at our wedding? Well I found a way to repurpose them and make a cute and simple winter decoration. I saw this project here. I loved the simplicity of this one and it was quick and easy to make too! I call this one "A Miniature Winter Wonderland"

Here's how:
-I bought some mini green Christmas trees at Fleet Farm (25 for $10) and some fake snow ($2.50 for a giant bag) While it was a little more expensive than my normal crafts I didn't use all of either so they can be used for future projects.
-Then I bleached the green trees to make them white to look like they were covered with snow. I added hot water and bleach into a bucket and let the trees soak for about an hour.
-While they were bleaching I put the fake snow in the bottom of the jars. (Sugar would also work in place of fake snow)
-After they were all completely white I placed them in the jars while they were still a little damp and sprinkled some fake snow over the top of the trees - this gave them a little sparkle. You can also add decorations like deer or other figures you might have laying around but I chose to keep mine simple.

And that's it! Simple and easy. These can be used an arrangement of several jars or you can give them individually as gifts!
