easter 2011.

This Easter weekend was pretty mellow for us. We got to spend some quality time with my side of the family - my parents and brothers, and the Kasten side who joined us for lunch Easter Sunday. It was very relaxing. I managed to catch up on some reading and wedding planning, and Chris got to spend time with his brother picking out tuxes.

As usual, no holiday would be complete without getting to spend some time or snap some photos of Syds. This Easter was no different. Although we did not have her the entire weekend like we planned, we still managed to make some fun out of the time we did have with her on Easter night and the following morning. We played with bubbles, had a campfire and roasted marshmallows, and watched Shrek. Monday morning we played outside with chalk and went to the park and inside played with puzzles, coloring, and of course barbies.
