reasons why...

All this wedding planning has been consuming my life this week. The day keeps getting closer and we still need to find a place, yikes! Luckily we are narrowed in on a few and will hopefully (key word) know by the end of the month.

But all this wedding talk really reminds me of the reasons why I am so excited to be marrying Chris, and besides being an amazing, caring person and my best friend I am blessed because he is also great with kids. We definitely plan on having kids in the future but until then we are surrounded by little ones through family and friends that give us lots of joy and fun times.

This past new year's eve we were fortunate enough to spend with the Barut's, long time family friends of Chris's parents. They've got 2 little ones, Mya and Jomarie, and Sydnee was there to play too. They had so much fun chasing Chris around, and I think at one point they were tackling Chris so hard he feared for his life! :) But we all laughed so hard and had a great time. I managed to capture these monsters with my camera before I had to step in and save my fiance!
