Last weekend I had the pleasure of taking Keegan's senior pictures. I was actually really excited about these when his mom Mary contacted me. She had told me before that Keegan had really debated getting these done for a long time and she was really happy when he decided he wanted to do them. I've known Keegan and his family for well since as long as I can remember. The last time I saw Keegan he was probably still in elementary school so I was pretty shocked when I walked in the door and saw this very tall young man standing in front of me. The Fitzegerald boys have always been into motorcycles and motocross so I was eager to come up with some different ideas with the bikes. Keegan is also really into painting and his art so he wanted to incorporate some of his work as well.

My favorite shots are actually the ones of Keegan on his own because everything from his expression and posture to the clothes he picked out really showed his creative personality. But I have to say I was very intrigued by his paintings - they were all so colorful & vivid and I happened to notice a couple of paintings having to do with "Bassnectar" so I decided to check them out. I actually ended up editing most of his pictures to their music & discovered I actually don't mind this "dubstep" music. But that's another story...

All in all ever though it was a quick shoot - being only 30 degrees it was pretty cold once we got out there but I had a great time and it was really great working with another creative mind!

Thanks Keegan!!
